The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact that Four Conversations has on participants’ ability to discuss treatment options and advanced care planning.

The researchers wanted to enroll up to 250 participants from the AOW, including women with metastatic breast cancer and patient caregivers. The Call to Action for this study was sent to Army of Women members on May 17th, 2017. The researchers were able to close enrollment on April 2nd, 2018, after the Army of Women provided them with 67 members who were interested in enrolling in the study.
