Fit2Thrive: A Physical Activity Promotion Intervention

Study Review

The purpose of this study was to test the effects of a technology-supported intervention for increasing physical activity in breast cancer survivors. The researchers turned to the Army of Women (AOW) to enroll up to 256 volunteers throughout the U.S. The initial Call to Action for this study was sent to AOW members on April 26th, 2017. The researchers closed enrollment on January 19th, 2018, after the AOW provided them with 426 women who were interested in enrolling in the study.
