Study Review

The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of a tamoxifen pill to tamoxifen (4-OHT) gel on breast cells in women with ER+ DCIS. This study investigated what effects each treatment has on the DCIS and what side effects each treatment may cause.

The initial Call to Action for this study was on 2/16/2018 and the researchers closed enrollment on 6/15/2021. The Love Research Army provided them with 5 participants who were interested in enrolling in the study.
