American Cancer Society

Provides referrals for financial assistance. Some local offices may provide other types of assistance (transportation, temporary housing, wigs, etc.)

Cancer Care Co-Payment Assistance Foundation

Provides co-payment assistance for pharmaceutical products to insured individuals who have a household income less than 400% of the U.S. Federal Poverty guidelines.

Information about and contact information for pharmaceutical programs.

Chronic Disease Fund

Provides co-payment assistance for pharmaceutical products to insured individuals.

Co-Pay Relief Patient Assistance Program of the Patient Advocate Foundation

Provides direct co-payment assistance for pharmaceutical products to qualifying, insured Americans.

Healthwell Foundation

Provides assistance to individuals who cannot afford insurance co-payments, premiums, co-insurance or other out-of-pocket health care costs.

Linking Arms

A Cancer Care program that provides grants for breast cancer patients that can help pay for oral medications and lymphedema supplies. Provides assistance to patients who cannot afford treatments due to out-of-pocket costs, such as deductibles, co-payments, and co-insurance.

My Hope Chest

The only organization in the country that assists breast cancer survivors by providing free breast reconstruction, following mastectomy, to those who qualify.
